Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides.

Rings:

To know your size, we invite you to download a printable ring holder and to position a ring that you already have on it

Bracelets:

To know your size of bracelet or bangle, you need to measure your wrist breadth with a ribbon and then measure the ribbon. 

Necklaces:

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

How can I pay ?

We accept card payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Visa Electron and Vpay logo. We also use the Paypal payment platform.

All our payment options are 100% secured. 

What currency do you accept ?

We accept most of the world currencies (£, €, $ ...).

If you want to pay in a different currency from where your are located, you can change the currency at the right top corner of the Home page or Left bottom corner.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use our local courier partner Royal Mail. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. If your order cannot be delivered (wrong or incomplete address, tax fees unpaid) your order will be return to Lonyca and you will need to contact customer service to send it again (fees will be charged).

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How long before my order to be shipped ?

The realisation of your jewels can take 3 to 6 working days before the expedition. 

Can I return my order ?

In the event that you are not satisfied with the products, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 clear days from the day of receipt of your order to return one or more items, without justifying the reason.
The returned product(s) must be new, unworn, unused or unused and in their original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Otherwise the package will be returned. The customer organizes the return at his convenience, at his expense and at his risk to the address that will be communicated to him by customer service contact@lonyca.com.

Our Jewellery

What is the 14k gold filled ?

This jewellery technique is born in America. It consists in applying a thick layer of 14 carat gold (575/1000 or 5 microns) on a commun metal such as brass or silver.

The weight of the gold corresponds to 1/20 of the final weight product which means 50 to 100 times more than gold-plated products.

Much more resistant than gold-plated jewellery, gold-filled gives jewellery the noble appearance, the aesthetic and hypoallergenic characteristics of gold, ensuring an unlimited duration over time under normal conditions of use.

How are the jewels made ?

All our jewellery is handmade in our London workshop. This is why every piece is unique and can be personalised.

How long does it take to create a jewel ?

The realisation of your jewels can take 3 to 6 working days.  However, we will send you an email to let you know when your order is in our atelier and when it is shipped.

For some reasons, in very busy periods (like promotions, Christmas, limited collections etc...) you can expect some delays. 

Nonetheless, we will let you know about the delays by email.

Do you do tailored jewels ?

Most of our jewels are customizable. We are creating events jewels for weddings, bachelorette party, baby shower, birthday parties... do not hesitate to send us an email.

So if we are not selling your dream jewel, do not hesitate to contact us by email : contact@lonyca.com so that we can talk about this marvellous jewel as soon as possible.

What stones do you use ?

We only use naturals semi-precious stones or gems and naturals stones like amber, mother-of-pearl, cultured pearls etc...

The others pearls we are using are in 14k gold filled or gold plated.

Care

General care

We advise you to use a soft and dry cloth to revive the shine of gold which becomes patina over time.

Care in wet environnement

We suggest you not to wear them under shower, swimming pools, ocean (sea salt water), spa (sauna, hammams) etc.. As it can altered the piece.

Beauty products

Beauty products, cosmetics, perfumes, body mists, etc. can tarnish or damage the plating of your jewelry.

What about sport ?

Humidity, including sweat or any abrasive material that can damage your jewellery. For security reasons we suggest you to removed your jewels before practicing any activity.
